Is it safe for my engine?

Calibrations are written with a real margin against the limits of your hardware, and validated before delivery. On a healthy car, a Stage 1 tune is reliable for daily driving.

What about the warranty?

A modified ECU can affect the manufacturer warranty and most dealers can detect it. We recommend tuning cars that are out of warranty, or accepting that risk knowingly.

Can I revert to the original software?

Yes. Keep a backup of your original file and you can flash it back at any time to return the car to factory state.

Will I save on fuel consumption?

It can, if you keep your driving the same. Economy calibrations focus on usable torque at low revs, which is where most consumption is decided.

Do I need special tools?

Yes. A flashing tool such as KESS, K-TAG, AutoTuner or MPPS. We deliver the modified file and you write it back with the same tool you used to read the ECU.

How long does delivery take?
